Really, in MY OPINION, it was a LOT more, than a simple arrest. I believe his civil rights were outrageously violated, and he was a clear victim of police brutality. Investigating the role of lobbyists and big donor, he was in front of the Brown Brown Palace Hotel, with a camera crew, hoping to take pictures of Democratic senators and top donors leaving a private event at the hotel.
